Aydin Mosaddad is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM-CNC) with an A.A. in Kinesiology. He’s currently earning his B.S. in Kinesiology at Cal State Long Beach, competing as a Division 1 rugby athlete, and preparing for a career in physical therapy.
After losing over 80 pounds and overcoming a severe back injury, Aydin became committed to helping others reach their goals through smart, effective training. With over five years of experience, he now specializes in body recomposition, muscle building, injury prevention, and strength development for clients of all levels.
His coaching combines science backed methods with real world experience to help you move better, train harder, and achieve lasting results.
Charles Valine is a second-year student studying kinesiology with a focus in fitness and has received his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Charles has surrounded himself in sports his whole life, powerlifting being the most dominant one. Being a member of USPA means he actively participates in powerlifting meets during the summer, as a way to push himself outside of his education. He finds joy in helping others progress through a path he once walked and sparking a love for the health and fitness lifestyle.
Ethan Milgram is a Personal Trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine who is also passionate about pursuing his undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance.
Growing up with a diverse sports background, he developed a particular interest in the weight room during his time playing high school football, which he has carried with him to this day. His love for improving his own physical fitness has led to discovering a passion for helping others with their fitness journeys.
He understands that every client’s needs are unique, and his coaching style caters to the individual’s needs and the goals they set for themselves. Regardless of gym experience, he looks to guide and teach them on their personal fitness journey.
Christy is a NASM certified personal trainer. She has experience cross training between dance and lifting for five years, and is beyond excited to now be stepping into the role of trainer. Growing up surrounded by fitness has shaped her passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. She has been in various sports including softball and track, on top of her dance and strength training background. She has a unique approach to fitness, combining her dance education with strength training to create a balanced approach to wellness.
