Led by Paul – Restorative yoga is a meditative breath centered practice that aims at
reducing stress and tension. You will alternate between longer held postures
and slow mindful movements, which help free the tightness in your muscles
while leaving you with a feeling of well being. The practice is primarily done
on the floor, with an emphasis on props to support your poses. A great class
to counter the negative effects of our stress based quick paced culture. All
levels and beginner friendly class.
