Anyone who would like to take pictures, video recordings, conduct interviews and/or use multimedia in the University Student Union (USU), Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC), Isabel Patterson Child Development Center (IPCDC), Grow Beach Garden or at any program run by Associated Students, Inc. must complete a media request form. Completion of the request is required for all media inquiries including class projects through the journalism department. Applicants must fill out a form at least 48 hours in advance to allow for approval consideration. Breaking stories, event coverage and time sensitive access will be considered by the ASI Communications Manager. However, not all requests will be guaranteed approval. General event coverage within the USU requires advance approval. Individuals arriving on the day of an event will not have guaranteed access.
